Romantic Honeymoon Vacation in Costa Rica

costarica honeymoonCouples from all over the world travel to Costa Rica to make some of the most beautiful moments of their married life even more beautiful.

Costa Rica rightfully should be called "Costas Ricas" because it has two coasts, one on the Pacific Ocean and one on the Caribbean Sea. These two coasts are as different from each other as are the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of North America.

Costa Rica's Pacific coast is characterized by a rugged (although mostly accessible) coastline where forested mountains often meet the sea. It can be divided into three distinct regions -- Guanacaste and the Nicoya Peninsula, the Central Coast, and the Southern Coast. There are some spectacular stretches of coastline, and most of the country's top beaches are here. This coast varies from the dry, sunny climate of the northwest to the hot, humid rainforests of the south.

One can make the Costa Rica honeymoon adventurous by visiting eco-tourism destinations such as the Tortuguero National Park, Manuel Antonio National Park and the Coronado National Park. Apart from seeing nature's splendor on display, honeymooners can also mingle with the natives known as Ticos and make some friends for life, as the Costa Rican hospitability is legendary. Some of the top spots to visit in Costa Rica are Tamarindo, Heredia, Alajuela and Parismina.
There are many honeymoon packages available to spend one's honeymoon in Costa Rica. There are various travel agencies and tour operators who have packages for a Costa Rica honeymoon. The hotels of Costa Rica offer personalized services to their guests and make one feel like coming back to them every time. A Costa Rica honeymoon is a beautiful way to get to know one's partner amidst all of nature's beauty.

The panoramic view of green, misty mountains with the sea dashing at their foot is a sight one just cannot forget. Going on guided tours through the rainforests of Costa Rica, spotting exotic varieties of primates, parrots, sloth’s and many other jungle creatures and seeing a live volcano, Arenal, spew lava are just some unforgettable moments of a Costa Rica honeymoon. There is much to do when one is in Costa Rica. One can take a walk with one's beloved in the coffee plantations or in the fruit orchards, go jet skiing in beautiful seas, walk through wetlands, go white water rafting in a primordial river, the Pacaure river, or go to see a rare animal such as the Atlantic green turtle in the virgin tropical rainforests. As also typical of a romantic Costa Rica honeymoon one can relax at a natural hot spring.
