This is a very easy, tasty and healthy fish fillet sandwich you can make in matter of minutes.
We start with breaded fish and lightly toasted rye bread. In this example we use tilapia fish. Very delicious. And use a generous amount of mayonnaise on each side of the bread.
I like to load the sandwich with a lot of greens like lettuce and spinach. Add tomato and red onion on top. Spice it with pepper and salt. You can add fried jalapeno peppers if you want to make it spicy.
